These terms cover your use of StonerDeals (stonerdeals.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be 21 or older

StonerDeals is for adults 21 and over. The products listed are sold for legal tobacco use only. Follow the laws where you live.

We don't sell anything

StonerDeals compares prices from other shops. We don't sell, ship or stand behind any product. When you click Buy, you go to the shop's own website, and your order, payment, shipping and returns are between you and that shop, under that shop's terms.

Prices can change

We check the shops every few hours and work sales and coupon codes into prices where we can, but prices, stock and codes change all the time and we can get things wrong. The price at the shop's checkout is the real price. Price history, "lowest price" notes and deal ratings are our best reading of the data we collected, not a promise.

Affiliate links

Some links on StonerDeals are affiliate links: when you buy through them, the shop may pay us a commission. It never changes your price, and it never changes which deals we show or the order they come in.

Brand names and photos

Brand names, logos and product photos belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the products being compared. StonerDeals isn't connected to or endorsed by any brand or shop unless we say so.

Using the site

Please don't copy the site's data in bulk, scrape it, or try to break or overload it.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, without any promises that it will be accurate, complete or always available. As far as the law allows, StonerDeals isn't responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or buying from a shop it links to.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
